The Wacko is a curtain-sized/angled blade section of an Archimedes water wheel/auger. The backside of the blade has a hook notch. This allows you to spin baits, hoochies, skirts, and worms. The momentum of the blade is similar to a one-spoked wheel and has a constant shifting/spinning motion. It can be placed far in front of your bait of lure and it will spin that whole leader line. Leader should have a bead chain swivel (gang swivel).
This lure can be trolled behind any flasher, back trolled, plunked, and drifted. You can also put one bead below the lure and it will NOT allow the hook to go in the notch. This is another proven method of fishing this lure. As opposed to spinning whatever is behind it, the lure spins freely, and gives whatever is behind it a twitching, chirpy motion.
The Sent Strip is on the back of the blade is made to hold fish scents and fishing pastes.
